Safe Shipping Process

Our puppies are delivered by people who love your puppy as much as you do. At bulldog puppy spot, we understand traveling can be scary for first-timers, whether they walk on two legs or four. Our dedicated team and travel partners always put the health and wellbeing of your puppy first, making sure he or she arrives safely, and as quickly as possible. When making travel arrangements, we always choose what is safest and most comfortable for your puppy.

Once full payment has been made and the funds are available in our account, we will proceed with your puppy’s shipping process and flight booking. The shipping process can vary from 6-8 Hours depending on flight availability at the time of booking and on the weight of the puppy at the time of booking. Please note that a puppy needs to be between 1.5-2 lbs to be able to make the flight as per airline rules.

 We will deliver your puppy to your closest International Airport where Pet Cargo is available or Arrange a direct home delivery service. 

WORRY-FREE: CANADA: We will arrange the flight for you via cargo on a Pet-Safe flight.This includes everything… the paperwork, vet certificates, delivery to the airline, and carrier required for shipping.
GENERIC INTERNATIONAL: If you want your Puppy to fly cargo overseas, there is a lot of paperwork. We charge NOTHING OVER the cost of obtaining these documents. The USDA certificate that has to be hand stamped is in another city, and flying Puppies require additional vet testing, which you will be responsible for. Otherwise, we do not add any fee to international flights. Two Puppies can usually ship in the same carrier for the price of one, and we do offer a discount on the 2nd Puppy purchased. If the Puppy(s) travel alone, remember that they will probably either have to be cleared at an airline boarding facility between countries, adding days to the schedule, or some countries require long quarantines.

As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy counselors, and die-hard puppy lovers, we’d like to believe nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, certain things are never in our control..

A puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help, Often at times even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, We guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!.

Exceptions to our Guarantee

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

 

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy.

The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations.

While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).
